This week our CEO, Alex Sheppard, presented our microsphere imaging in the innovation village at Semicon Europa in Munich. He outlined the numerous advantages that our novel super-resolution optical imaging technique can provide to the offline semiconductor inspection industry. The discussion covered the fundamentals of microsphere imaging, and continued to explore the benefits of using high resolution optical imaging alongside conventional super-resolution techniques such as SEM and desktop SEM.
